Like your solicitor, accountant or financial planner, we are specialists in what we do and will provide you with a suitable finance solution to help you achieve your goals.With a mortgage broker, you can expect a more personalised level of service than you would usually receive directly from a lender. Additionally, our brokers have access to finance products from a wide variety of lenders. Lenders will only sell you their own products. Each bank (or lender) has a variety of loan products on offer – low doc, package loans, loans with re-draw facilities, plant and equipment loans, fixed rate loans, interest only, interested in advance, variable, introductory variable… and so on. The issue you face as a consumer is ‘which loan is right for me?’ And that is where your mortgage broker becomes an invaluable resource!
If you go direct to the bank, you will only be offered the loan options available through that one lender. As your mortgage broker, we do all the leg work to find the right loan for your needs. We are across many lenders and all of their loan products, and our sole purpose is to find a suitable loan to match your personal financial circumstances and goals.
We are Connective Brokers and we have access to over 20 lenders. This means we can source you a loan from different lenders to provide you with a variety of options that are suitable for you and your situation.
Of Course! These days, we do most conversatiosn over the phone and on Video Calls anyway, this means we can help anyone around Australia.
Absolutely not. First of all, there is very little difference between the commissions paid by the various lenders. There is also legislation in our industry called the National Consumer Credit Protection Act (or NCCP), that is designed to protect consumers and ensure ethical and professional standards in the finance industry. We tell you upfront what commission we will be getting from the lender. Our job, our only job, is to find a competitive loan for your needs and objectives.

Bringing a bit of quirkiness to the very serious business of building Arden Loans.
Very simply, I love helping people and I love business, and to me, building a lending business, is the best way to bring those 2 things together and have fun along the way.
I’m a bit of an adrenaline and adventure junkie who loves watching sports as much as participating in them.
As a family we have 2 young kids and we love getting out on the boat, wakeboarding, skiing and travelling to the snow for skiing or around the world for adventures.
I have been brought up by Italian parents to work hard and be the best I can be in any situation and this is what drives me at my core.
I have worked in corporate, been investing in property and building family businesses for a really long time, so I know the real struggles that come with cashflow, budgets, investing wisely and the stress it can take to get funding for your dreams.
This is why I am invested in helping growing families fund their growth strategy and looking at helping them achieve their future goals in property growth.
This is also why I only hire the best brokers in Australia, so that our client experience can be hands off while knowing their finances are with the best possible team.

My experience matters because I know what to look for to hire and nurture a great award winnning team, who embodies our values and character and gets the job done with expertise and speed, and builds a relationship of trust with our clients.
I started in finance 2002 in Australian Mortgage Advisory Service as a telemarketer, admin and eventually managing the team, then onto St George Bank as a retention officer helping customers restructure their loans.
My partner (now husband Alex) and I, then embarked on the journey of starting an ANZ Mobile Lending franchise and as he worked to build that, I went to RAMS to get experience in mobile lending.
After about 18months I onboarded to ANZ as a mobile lender and within the business setup all the marketing and admin systems that helped us scale and grow our team when we were ready.
During this time I also took a keen interest in coaching and I did my Master NLP coaching course as well as many other business courses, and have spent more on my personal, sales, business and marketing education as a continuing investment
for myself and our clients.
I spent years exclusively coaching 100's of Aussiem Vanadian and UK Mortgage Brokers, specifically on how to grow and scale business through hiring and training a Million Dollar Team.
I then branched out with a business partner and opened an independent broker business which grew quickly into a multi industry award winning business, including MPA top 100 broker listings 3 years in a row while I was there.
After being bought out by my business partner, here we are with Arden Loans, a business that is very close to my heart and where I believe all of my experience over the last 25 years, will help build the best Mortgage Broker Business in Australia.
